After studying economics at the University of Hohenheim, Mr. Benjamin Brucker completed his doctorate at the chair of Professor Dr. Holger Kahle. He has several years of professional experience as an employed and independent tax advisor.
The focus of his work is on comprehensive advice to medium-sized companies, tax advice for partnerships, in particular the design of shareholder accounts, and tax advice in connection with conversions and restructuring.
